Nearly ten years ago, I started Benson Executive Search with a simple belief: that this work is, at its heart, about people. Not fundamentally about transactions, not placements on a spreadsheet…people. The candidate taking a leap into a role that will define the next chapter of their career. Understanding deeply the client—what’s really needed for their organization, and the candidate—what drives them and where will they thrive. That’s all about people. The foundation of Benson Executive Search is our belief that to understand both deeply, is how you get to the right fit in search work.
I built this firm on trust, on high-touch relationships, and on caring deeply about the people on both sides of every conversation. That was the whole idea. And somewhere along the way, it became more than an idea. It became us.

I know an announcement like this can raise questions, so let me tell you what hasn’t changed, which is the part that matters most. The way we work hasn’t changed. The people you call and trust haven’t changed. The care we bring to every search hasn’t changed. Our name will not change. What will change is that we now have more resources and a broader network to serve you even better.
I didn’t make this decision lightly. After nearly a decade, I made it because I believe it makes us stronger for the people we serve, for you. This is the next step in something we’ve been building together all along.
